Being a football enthusiast, I couldn’t keep myself from traveling to Santo Andre. Once I reached, I took taxis and buses to travel around this magnificent city. The first place I visited was the stadium. Its grandeur and grace are unspeakable. However, there are various other attractions in the city to check out. To have the best possible experience travel from March to October. Here are certain attractions you need to check out when you are in the city.
- Central Park
This can’t be labeled as yet another park in the city. It is considered to be one of the best in town. It covers a large area and has bike path trails to walk and run. There lies a small lake in the park. Here, you will find sea turtles and ducks. It is just the perfect place if you want to spend some lazing around or fishing. Surprisingly, the park is also known to have a basketball court, the perfect place to visit with your kids.
- Paranapiacaba Village
This is a village that holds a significant place in history. Developed by the English Company that had been working on Sau Paulo Railways. It maintains the primary function of being the railway village. However, presently, the local transport has been stopped and just the cargo trains can pass through. There is one train for the tourist that passes through that area. I found this to be a great tourist spot.
